Forest City Enterprises

Forest City Enterprises approached Suntech Hawaii for a pilot PV system to power a new community center in its Halsey Terrace Military housing privatization project. The company needed an extremely tight turnaround, which forced Suntech Hawaii to undertake a 45 day construction schedule based only on a notice to proceed. The project was formally opened by Governor Lingle.
